When is payment due:
Full payment at the time the order is placed reserves a build spot .
What is the ETA from time of payment?
Turnaround time varies depending on build complexity and my current schedule. If you need a set shipped by a specific date, my shop may not be the best fit. I do not offer a firm ETA.
What is your refund policy?
Orders may be cancelled and refunded prior to material ordering or start of fabrication. Payment will be refunded, less $25 for cancellation.
I reserve the right to cancel an order. If I cancel, full payment amount will be refunded.
Custom work is considered final once shipped. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me so I can evaluate and resolve appropriately.
Where can I see examples of materials and build options?
Instagram is the best place to see examples of past work. I do not have an example of every material for every model.

Do you offer a warranty?
I stand behind the workmanship of my builds. If you believe there is a defect related to materials or workmanship, please contact me so I can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution. Normal wear, misuse, improper installation, storage, modification, damage from the knife or its hardware, and naturally occurring variation or movement in materials are not considered workmanship defects.
Natural wood materials can expand, contract, or shift slightly with changes in temperature and humidity. Minor dimensional movement or surface variation related to environmental conditions is a normal characteristic of wood and is not considered a workmanship defect.
